How fresh is your items and how is it packaged?

We source our items daily from trusted suppliers to ensure top freshness. All items are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to keep them perfectly chilled during delivery.

Where do you deliver, and can I schedule my delivery?

We deliver across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with free cash on delivery. You can select your preferred delivery date at checkout. Please note, deliveries are not available on Sundays.

What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment, we only accept cash on delivery (COD).

What should I do if my order is damaged or I’m not satisfied? How do I store the items?

If your order arrives damaged or does not meet expectations, please contact us within 24 hours so we can assist you promptly. For storage, refrigerate at 0–4°C if consuming within 1-2 days, or freeze it immediately for longer freshness.
